1. No Refund Policy
Weomate follows a strict No Refund Policy for all our products and services, including but not limited to:
- WhatsApp API solutions
- CRM and LMS subscriptions
- POS systems and integrations
- Automation setup and workflows
- Marketing and advertising services
- Digital products, software licenses, and subscriptions
- One-time setup fees, onboarding fees, consultation fees, and training sessions
Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, regardless of usage, results, or cancellation requests.
2. Subscription Payments
All subscription charges (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) are non-refundable.
If a subscription is cancelled, services will continue until the end of the billing cycle, but no partial or prorated refunds will be provided.
3. Service Delivery & Responsibility
Weomate ensures that all services are delivered as promised. However, we are not responsible for:
- Third-party platform policies (Meta, Google, WhatsApp, payment gateways, etc.)
- Account bans, violations, or restrictions caused by client actions
- Issues arising from incorrect or delayed client inputs
- Performance variations due to external factors beyond our control
These do not qualify for refunds.
4. Exceptions (If Applicable)
Refunds may be considered only if:
- A payment was charged mistakenly due to a technical billing error on our end, or
- Duplicate payments were made unintentionally
In such cases, a manual review will be done and refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Weomate.
